Concepts that will be covered include Java syntax, methods, classes, variables, conditionals, and loops.  During the program, participants will also receive hands-on experience building a simple, but comprehensive mini dice game project to help solidify and practice the concepts discussed. Attendees are encouraged to download the free VS Code prior to the event, in order to follow along.    Meet our instructors:    Karen Alvarez  ACE Product Marketing Management Intern  Microsoft  Karen was born and raised in Maturin, Venezuela and moved with her family to Houston, TX about 6 years ago.
