This workshop will help you identify best practices for the interviewing process, strategies to make you stand out in an interview, common interview mistakes and how to avoid them, and communicate your experience effectively. You will also obtain tools to prepare for the interview and best practices for following up after the interview. &nbsp; WEEK #3 The Art of Negotiation: Getting the Salary You Deserve This workshop will provide you with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to negotiate your salary and benefits. You will learn how to conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits and learn how to articulate your personal value. By the end of the workshop, you will have improved your negotiation skills to drive up your earnings potential, and developed a clear plan for navigating the negotiation process from start to finish. &nbsp; WEEK #4 Authentically YOU! Building Your Personal Brand In this workshop, we define what a personal brand is and why it is important to your growth and development as a leader. You will learn how to identify what makes you uniquely you, and craft a personal brand that puts you in the driver&#8217;s seat of your career and attracts more opportunities. We will also provide you with networking tips to promote your personal brand to others. &nbsp; WEEK #5 Impact Leadership: Leading with Effective Communication Speaking confidently and effectively can dramatically change your impact as a leader.
